Recruiter at AB Job Service in Bacău

• Actively search for and recruit candidates for temporary jobs in the Netherlands (primarily in production, logistics, agriculture, and industry sectors).
• Create and post job vacancies on local job boards and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates (in person, by phone, or online).
• Verify candidates’ work experience and language skills.
• Collaborate with the team in the Netherlands to match candidates to the right positions.
• Provide candidates with complete information about working conditions, housing, and transport.
• Maintain a positive image of the company on the local market.

• Experience in recruitment (preferably in the temporary staffing sector or international recruitment).
• Knowledge of the labor market in Romania and the ability to recruit candidates effectively.
• Very good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and strong time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
