Controller

As a Controller, you are responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing goods. You’ll be working in a heated warehouse, providing a pleasant work atmosphere all year round. In this role, you are a crucial link in the logistics process, making sure everything is processed accurately and efficiently. Your tasks include:

• Carefully checking and counting incoming and outgoing goods
• Accurately entering goods into the inventory system
• Inspecting sealed pallets for completeness and correctness
• Performing various other warehouse tasks that support a smooth goods flow

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, working in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday. The working hours are:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening shift: 16:00 – 01:00

• You have experience in a similar role
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system
• You speak Dutch or English

You’ll be working for a company responsible for the distribution of all non-food items to Lidl stores across Europe. This includes products like bike pumps, trampolines, screwdrivers, barbecues, and more.

• A gross hourly wage of €14,81  excluding allowances; weekly paid
• Free transport to work (by car or bike) and the option to rent an electric bike for a small fee

• Support from a coordinator and access to the employee portal (contracts, documents, payslips, annual earnings statements, etc.)

Allowances

• 35% for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
• 50% for hours worked on Saturdays from 06:00 onwards
• 200% on Sundays
• 25% overtime bonus for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
