Join our team as a preparator, where you'll play a crucial role in preparing cars and trucks for their next transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dismantling parts that require replacement or repair
• Preparing parts for spraying by filling and sanding
• Applying primer to the prepared parts
• Reassembling the vehicle with precision and care

You'll work closely with a dedicated team, enjoying a supportive environment while honing your skills to achieve high-quality results. Basic language skills are sufficient for this position – understanding simple instructions and the ability to communicate at work.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic language skills are sufficient for this position – understanding simple instructions and the ability to communicate at work in Dutch and/or English.
• Secondary vocational education (Vmbo) level
• Decisive and customer-oriented
• Flexible and proactive
