Production Worker – Prefab Concrete

This is what you will do as a Production Worker.

As a Production Worker in our state-of-the-art prefab concrete facility in Elst, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality concrete components. Your main tasks will include assembling and finishing walls and floors, insulating components, and operating machinery to ensure product standards.

An average day starts at 6:00 AM, where you'll join a team of about 40 colleagues. You'll begin by laying reinforcement and pouring floors, followed by the assembly and finishing of walls and floors. You will also be responsible for handling adhesive and cement types according to specifications, insulating floors and walls, and placing foundations and parapets.

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not required
• Ability to work in a team in a production environment
