Housing standards for labour migrants

AB Midden Nederland meets the standards for accommodation of labour migrants. We are listed with the ‘Register Normering Flexwonen’. The SNF defines strict standards for housing available to employees. The standard includes the following components; Space and privacy, sanitary facilities, safety and hygiene, facilities, information provision, fire safety, supervision, and management.

AB Midden Nederland proudly presents the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This quality mark proves that we continuously improve our work processes. Why? To achieve optimal customer and employee satisfaction. It is a process, constantly monitored and adjusted.

Safety and Health Checklist Employment Organisations

With help of the VCU, AB Midden Nederland ensures the constant monitoring and improvement of employee safety. In addition, we are authorised to deploy employees in high-risk environments. This fulfils the requirements determined by VCA-certified. They may only hire staff from VCA-certified employment agencies.

Dutch Labour Standards Foundation

AB Midden Nederland is allowed to carry this quality mark. This requires compliance with the demands of the Dutch Labour Standards Foundation (SNA). A standard developed for Dutch companies (NEN 4400-1) which guarantees our reliability regarding taxes, fees, and legal obligations. AB Midden Nederland is checked periodically, and we can only register if we meet the requirements.
