As a Planner at AB Midden Nederland, I make sure that the right people are scheduled in the right place at the right time. I’m in daily contact with temporary workers about their schedules, availability, and any possible changes. In addition, I assist as an interpreter in communication between Polish employees, account managers, and clients. It’s a dynamic role where quick decision-making is essential—especially when dealing with sick leave, no-shows, or last-minute adjustments.

What I enjoy most about my work is that no day is ever the same. I deal with changing schedules and unexpected situations, which keeps my job interesting. It often feels like solving a puzzle—constantly fitting the right pieces together. It’s very rewarding when a complex schedule finally comes together perfectly.
