About Ranil
As a Relationship Manager at AB Midden Nederland, I am the link between clients and employees. My role is to support and relieve clients in their staffing needs, while at the same time being an involved and reliable employer for our employees. Together, we work toward the best results, both now and for the future.
What makes my job so enjoyable is the personal contact. Every day I deal with different people and adjust my communication approach to make the right connection. Being able to switch and respond to what someone needs gives me energy and makes my work engaging and dynamic.
AB Midden Nederland suits me because it’s a small, flat organization where colleagues truly know each other. Here, you don’t work with job titles, but with people. Everyone is approachable and problems are solved together. What I also find important is that we have a strong moral compass—we stand for our employees and take good care of them.
