Greenhouse worker

As a Greenhouse Worker, you will have the opportunity to work on growing exclusive rose varieties in a modern greenhouse. Your role will require precision, good motor coordination and a commitment to plant care. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the highest quality of cultivation and the efficiency of the entire process.

Responsibilities:

• Precise pollination and care of roses according to guidelines
• Pollen pruning and taking care of plant development
• Transplanting and preparing roses for further cultivation
• Working with color codes and numbers, requiring accuracy
• Working with the team to ensure quality cultivation

• Knowledge of English or Dutch at a level to communicate with the team welcome
• Accuracy and good motor coordination
• Ability to distinguish colors (no daltonism)
• Height min. 165 cm and slim figure (due to the nature of the work)
• Willingness to work in a greenhouse in high temperatures
