Unloading employee

As a loading and unloading employee, you will be responsible for unloading incoming containers. You do this in a heated warehouse at the location of the loading docks where trucks arrive with trailers. This work can be physically demanding requiring you to lift between 3 to 25 kg. There is an interesting reward structure in the employee's favour. If you finish within 6 hours, you will be paid for 8 hours. An overview of the duties:

• Loading and unloading incoming containers onto pallets
• Sealing pallets
• Keeping the workplace tidy

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week where you will work in 1 or 2 shifts which depends on how busy it is. The following working hours apply:

• 5:30 - 14:30
• 14:30 - 23:30

• Communicative knowledge of English
• Experience working in a similar position
• Category B driving license will be an additional advantage

As an loading and unloading employee, you will join a company that handles the distribution of all non-food items in all Lidl shops across Europe. Think of bicycle pumps, trampolines, screwdrivers, barbecues, etc..

• A gross hourly wage of €14.56 excluding allowances, weekly paid

• 8.59% during each shift
