Working with plants – bonsai pruning

As a Production Worker on bonsai trees, you will play an important role in the care and preparation of plants for sale. Your main task will be to accurately trim bonsai trees according to specific aesthetic and quality standards. You will work in a calm, green environment where accuracy, patience and attention to detail are important. As you gain experience, you can expect to expand your responsibilities and further develop your skills.

Responsibilities:

• Pruning bonsai trees according to instructions
• Plant care and housekeeping work (e.g. weeding)
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
• Cooperating with the production team
• Participating in introductory and refresher training courses

• Communicative knowledge of English (spoken - working in an international team)
• Cat B driver's license (commuting to work or possible business trips)
• Manual skills and precision in working with plants
• Willingness to do physical labor and simple gardening work
• Commitment, patience and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as a team and positive attitude

• Free transportation by regular bicycle up to 7.5 km, electric bicycle (7.5-15 km) cost €6 per week, above 15 km transportation by car
