Evening Warehouse / Cross-Dock Employee

As an Evening Warehouse / Cross-Dock Employee, you will work in a busy transport warehouse where incoming goods need to be unloaded, sorted, and prepared for further distribution. You will load and unload trucks using an EPT when necessary, but a large part of the work involves manually moving roll containers. Incoming goods are sorted according to Dutch postcode areas and placed in clearly designated sections of the warehouse. Larger and heavier goods are transported using an EPT. The warehouse is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Because the facility has large overhead doors that regularly open for trucks, the indoor temperature can vary depending on the weather outside. This is a full-time position of approximately 40–42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The basic salary is €15.63 gross per hour, with an additional 11.25% evening/night shift allowance where applicable.

• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing trucks
• Moving roll containers and using an EPT for larger goods
• Sorting shipments according to Dutch postcode areas
• Preparing goods for further transport and distribution
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

• Good communicative English – mandatory
• Experience in logistics, preferably cross-docking
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Experience with EPT is an advantage
• Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with active warehouse work
