Forklift driver

As a forklift driver, you're a key player in the logistics process. You’ll work indoors in a cooled warehouse (7–10°C). Occasionally, you’ll pick up items from a cold storage area (around 2°C), but don’t worry — you won’t be in there for long.

Your tasks include:

• Loading and unloading pallets using a forklift
• Checking orders and shipping documents
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
• Light lifting when necessary
• 50% of your time on the forklift (if certified), the rest helping on the floor

You’ll be working in rotating shifts:

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:30 or 07:00 – 16:00
• Afternoon: 14:30 – 23:00 or 15:00 – 00:00
• During busy periods also night shifts: 17:00 – 02:00 or 21:00 – 06:00

• Valid forklift certificate and experience
• Willingness to work in shifts
• You speak Dutch or English
• You work carefully and responsibly
• You’re physically fit for some occasional lifting

You’ll be working at a large fruit and vegetable wholesaler with multiple locations. They sort and package products like brussels sprouts, green beans, and seasonal items. It’s a busy place during peak seasons, with real opportunities for growth. 

• A gross hourly wage between €14.85 and €15.25 (based on experience), weekly paid
• Free transport to work (by car or bike) and the option to rent an electric bike for a small fee
• Accommodation and health insurance – SNF-certified housing (€119/week, double rooms) and insurance (€39.35/week)
