Metal Profile Production Worker

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a metal profile production team. You will be responsible for packing metal profiles directly from the production line into crates or onto pallets, checking their quality and measurements, and reporting any deviations immediately. The work is not physically demanding but does require precision, focus, and a proactive attitude.

You will be working in a clean, well-organized production hall with a normal indoor temperature. Although the noise level remains below 75 dB, hearing protection is provided and must be worn. The company strongly emphasizes safety and accuracy over production speed, ensuring a safe and controlled working environment. Work is carried out in two shifts: 05:45–14:00 and 13:45–22:30, with a standard 19% shift allowance included in your salary. Having some technical insight is a plus. The team environment is friendly and supportive—everyone knows and helps each other, and you are definitely not just a number.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack metal profiles from the production line into crates or onto pallets
• Check the dimensions and quality of the profiles during production
• Report any quality deviations immediately
• Enter data into the computer system
• Ensure smooth and efficient production processes

• Communicative English skills
• Willingness to work long-term
• Accuracy, motivation, and eagerness to learn
• Category B driving license is a plus
• Affinity with technical work is preferred
