as Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metal Worker

For BM Constructies / Epic Drive, we are looking for a press brake operator / sheet metal worker to produce a wide range of metal components. The company operates in sectors such as automotive, furniture, rehabilitation, and logistics, and also develops innovative electric drive systems (Epic Drive).

You will work on both standard sheet metal parts and components for innovative technical products.

Responsibilities

Setting up and operating the press brake machine
Bending and forming sheet metal parts
Working from technical drawings or instructions
Checking dimensions, angles, and finishing quality
Producing single parts, prototypes, and small to medium series
Collaborating with welding, assembly, and production teams
Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

This is what we expect from you

Experience as a press brake operator / sheet metal worker
Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn)
Understanding of measurements and materials (CNC experience is a plus)
Accuracy, quality-focused attitude, and practical mindset
Basic English skills + willingness to learn Dutch
