Production & Logistics Worker (Cocoa Processing)

As a Production & Logistics Worker, you will work in a cocoa processing factory where no two days are exactly the same. This is not a repetitive assembly-line job – you will alternate between production and logistics tasks while monitoring automated production lines. The factory is equipped with a good ventilation system, although a light layer of cocoa dust is always present on the floor due to the production process.

You will work in a three-shift system:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

For all shift work, you receive a 21% shift allowance.

• Emptying Big Bags filled with cocoa into the production system
• Monitoring and adjusting automated cocoa production lines when necessary
• Transporting cocoa pallets to the warehouse (forklift experience is an advantage)
• Keeping the production area clean and organized
• Supporting both production and logistics operations

• Good communicative English (minimum A2/B1 level)
• Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual work
• Ability to monitor automated production processes accurately
• Forklift experience is an advantage
• Motivation to work in a three-shift system
