Production Operator – Day Shift

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for keeping the production process running safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This is not a job where you simply load a machine and press a button – you will monitor the complete process, recognize abnormalities, adjust equipment when necessary, and solve minor technical problems independently. One of the machines you will learn to operate is a spray dryer, which plays an important role in the production process. You will also register stock and production information in different systems. You will work 40 hours per week on a fixed day shift. The salary ranges from €2,550 to €3,300 gross per month, depending on your experience and technical skills. A technical diploma is not mandatory – practical machine experience, technical understanding, and the ability to learn are more important.

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production lines
• Operating and monitoring the spray dryer
• Identifying abnormalities and solving minor machine or technical problems
• Registering stock and production information in different systems
• Keeping the production environment clean, organized, and safe

• Good communicative English
• Experience operating production machinery independently or strong relevant technical/production experience
• Technical insight and interest in understanding how machines and production processes work
• Ability to identify abnormalities and independently solve minor technical problems
• Comfortable working with production systems, registering information, and taking responsibility for the process
