Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will work in a modern manufacturing facility producing high-quality metal and plastic components for window and door security systems. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated production machines, ensuring that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. You will work in a team of experienced operators and supervisors and receive full training during your onboarding period.

You will work 40 hours per week in a two-shift system:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00

Your salary consists of:

• €17.56–€18.32 gross per hour
• +13.3% shift allowance
• +4.98% ADV allowance

This results in a total gross hourly wage of approximately €20.89–€21.80, including all allowances.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating automated metalworking machines
• Setting up and adjusting production machines
• Inspecting products for quality and dimensions
• Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions
• Recording production data and keeping the workplace clean

• Good communicative English
• Experience as a Machine or Production Operator
• Technical insight and ability to operate machinery independently
• Ability to recognize and solve minor production issues
• Accurate, responsible, and safety-conscious attitude
