Production Worker – T-shirt Printing – Utrecht – €14.71/h – Day Shifts

As a production worker in Utrecht, you will be part of a friendly team handling the printing of logos on T-shirts and other company clothing. Your main responsibility is to place T-shirts correctly on a mold, position the logo, and close the press so the logo is fixed at 60°C. It’s essential to work carefully and precisely, as the quality of the printed clothing depends on your attention to detail.

Your day starts with a short team talk. You will work in a group of about 15 people, supporting each other and often sharing a laugh. The working rhythm is calm and steady, with regular breaks and no rush. You work 7.5 hours per day, mostly standing, but in a clean and comfortable production hall—never cold, always at a pleasant temperature. You focus on one task at a time, creating a smooth workflow and a positive work atmosphere.
