Team Leader Labor – Tomato Grower | Burgerveen | €2800–€4600/month

Are you someone who enjoys leading a team and keeping things organized? We are looking for a Romanian and Dutch-speaking team leader to manage a group of 80 to 90 employees at a large, modern tomato growing company in Burgerveen. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure all work is done efficiently and safely.

A typical day involves planning the workday, dividing tasks among the team, monitoring progress, and solving any issues that come up. You will work closely with people from different backgrounds, making clear communication important. You will also check the quality of the work, give feedback, and help your team develop their skills. The environment is dynamic, so flexibility and the ability to set priorities are key.

• At least MBO+ working and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
• Experience in horticulture is a plus but not required
• Able to work with people from different cultures
• Good Dutch (spoken and written) and Romanian skills; English is also helpful
• Skilled with Excel
• You enjoy leadership, are flexible, and can set priorities

Basic language skills are sufficient for this position – understanding simple instructions and the ability to communicate at work.
