Welder / Welding Robot Operator

As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing and finishing metal components using both manual and robotic welding techniques. This is a varied technical position that goes beyond standard welding: you will also program the welding robot, perform mechanical operations such as grinding, drilling, sawing, and deburring, inspect finished products, and resolve minor equipment issues. You will work approximately 38 hours per week in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday. The salary ranges from €20.00 to €23.00 gross per hour, depending on your experience and technical skills.

• Performing manual and robotic welding of metal components
• Programming and operating the welding robot
• Grinding, drilling, sawing, deburring, and performing other mechanical operations
• Inspecting materials and finished products and correcting quality deviations
• Performing basic equipment maintenance and contributing to production process improvements

• Good communicative English
• Professional welding experience in a production or metalworking environment
• Technical and mechanical skills and experience working with metal
• Experience with robotic welding or welding robot programming is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
