This is what you will do

as Assembly Worker

For BM Constructies / Epic Drive, we are looking for an assembly worker to assemble technical components and products. The company operates in sectors such as automotive, furniture, rehabilitation, and logistics, and also develops innovative electric drive systems (Epic Drive).

You will work on products used in everyday practice, including transport trolleys and internal logistics systems.

Responsibilities

Assembling parts and finished products
Building trolleys, frames, modules, and technical components
Working with hand tools and basic power tools
Checking fit, quality, and finishing of components
Working from instructions, technical drawings, or assembly sequences
Preparing products for inspection, packaging, or shipment
Collaborating with production, welding, and metalworking departments

Experience in assembly / production or willingness to learn
Accuracy and manual skills
Ability to work with tools
Basic technical understanding
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to safety and cleanliness
Basic English or Dutch skills
