Concrete Finisher / Repair Worker

As a Concrete Finisher / Repair Worker, you will work with prefab concrete products used in the construction industry. Your job starts where the main production process ends: you inspect concrete elements, identify damage or imperfections, and make sure every product leaves the factory properly finished. You will repair small cracks and damaged areas, smooth rough edges and surfaces, and visually inspect the final result. Accuracy and attention to detail are more important than formal education. Previous concrete experience is not required if you have technical insight and are comfortable working with hand tools. You will work 40 hours per week on a fixed day shift from 07:00 to 16:00. The salary is €15.97–€16.82 gross per hour including ADV, depending on experience.

• Repairing damaged areas, small cracks, and imperfections in concrete products
• Finishing and smoothing concrete edges and surfaces
• Assessing defects and determining where repairs are required
• Performing visual quality checks on finished concrete elements
• Using hand tools safely and discussing quality deviations with production

• Communicative English
• Technical insight and good practical/manual skills
• Accuracy and a strong eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for product quality
• Experience with concrete, construction, production, repairs, or hand tools is an advantage but not required
