Production Worker – Sectional Door Manufacturing

As a Production Worker, you will help manufacture insulated sectional doors for industrial buildings and residential garages. The work is light to medium physical production work and involves assembling different components using simple hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, rivet guns, and metal saws. Previous production experience is not required. If you are practical, enjoy working with your hands, and can handle basic tools, you can learn the job during your onboarding period.

Depending on the department, you will work in a day shift or two-shift system. The base salary is €16.26 gross per hour plus 5.01% ADV, bringing the hourly wage to approximately €17.07 gross including ADV. Additional allowances apply for evening work: +15.57% from 18:00–21:00 and +31.33% from 21:00–00:00. The first two overtime hours per day are paid at 135%, while additional overtime and all Saturday hours are paid at 154%.

• Installing plexiglass into aluminium frames
• Mounting profiles and seals onto door panels
• Cutting and preparing profiles and other components
• Repairing damaged panels
• Performing various assembly and production activities using basic tools

• English is not required
• Good motivation and interest in long-term employment
• Basic manual skills and a practical approach to work
• Ability or willingness to learn how to use simple hand and power tools
• Reliability, good attendance, and flexibility to work shifts depending on the department
