Orderpicker at Hema

Hema eDC is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our warehouse operations team in Utrecht. We work with Randstad, one of the top temporary staffing agencies, and during peak seasons we rely on additional support from temporary staffing agencies to handle high demand.

Hema eDC is the heart of our business, serving as the hub where all products available on Hema's online platform are stored and prepared for shipment. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Orderpicking: Collecting products ordered online (non-food items including but not limited to cosmetics, household chemicals, industrial items).
• Using a handheld scanner to locate products in the warehouse.
• Effectively packing products for shipment.
• Sorting and preparing products for shipment

• Experience in a similar position - will be your advantage.
• Communicative knowledge of English ( B1 level).
• Basic computer skills.
• The position involves standing, walking, lifting and repetitive movements. Candidates must be in good physical condition to perform these tasks comfortably.
•  Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. We rely on our team members to effectively meet the demands of our customers.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays, is important to support our operations during peak hours.
• Willingness to work between 24 and 36 hours per week
